She graduated from The Theater School at Depaul University with a BFA in Acting. Regina Hall currently has 53 movie and sitcom roles accredited to her name. Her breakout role was as “Candy” in “The Best Man” and since then she hasn’t slowed down.“It’s really exciting to say not only that you’ve been in a business for 20 years, but also that you’re still loving it and learning,” she says in the February issue.

Jennifer Lawrence has been dubbed “Black Hollywood’s Mother”. Can you think of any of your favorite movies that she hasn’t played the role of the mother or grandmother ? Jennifer has been in over 38 movies and has multiple voice over roles on her acting resume. Even though most of the roles when she plays the mom she is typically not that much older than the person portraying her child. She can currently be seen playing Ruby Johnson on “Black-ish”.
