Justin Bieber Cancels Tour To Dedicate His Life To Christ
Justin Bieber, who is arguably one of the biggest pop stars of the time, has definitely been through some ups and downs, and this past album and tour were his sort of redemption. Across 16 months, 150 shows and 40 countries, Bieber has definitely kept the world dancing and redeemed himself. But, the last 14 shows seemed to be too much and he has decided to cancel the remaining shows. But why? Apparently, Bieber has decided to cancel the rest of his Purpose tour to rededicate his life to Christ.
Bieber initially announced the cancellations were due to exhaustion, and fans and celebrities alike understood the circumstances. Being on the road for 16 months can take a toll on a person. Sources from the Hillsong Church, who happen to be very close to Bieber have claimed that he has actually canceled the remaining dates of his tour to rededicate his life to Christ. Hillsong Pastor Carl Lentz and Bieber have become very close lately and has said to have helped Justin make some serious decisions lately, but Lentz did not agree with Bieber’s decision to cancel his tour.
Bieber himself says not to blame Christ for his tour debacle, that he’s just exhausted after touring for nearly two years, but many are claiming that this is why he canceled the tour and that it’s a good step for Justin and that it may be good for him. Whatever his reasoning may be, we hope he gets the rest he deserves after a crazy 16 months on the go!
