Aaliyah Dana Haughton: 15 Years Later

It’s been 15 years since the proclaimed princess of R&B, Aaliyah was tragically killed in a plane crash. Aaliyah Dana Haughton was just 22 years old, and was starting to take the entertainment world by storm. She had just released her album titled, “Aaliyah” on July 7, 2001, and was finishing up her role as, “Queen Akasha”, for film Queen of the Damned. Since her passing, Aaliyah’s music has very well inspired other artist and very much still lives on today.  To celebrate Aaliyah here are a few, of her  fan favorite videos.

Aaliyah still lives through her music. She’s impacted so many people. People who knew her personally, and people like her fans, that knew her through her music.
