MMG Making Waves As They Drop Snippets Of New Music

It was just merely five years ago when Miami based rapper, Rick Ross kicked off his label, Maybach Music Group. His most notable signings were Wale, Gunplay and Meek Mill. Since then, Ross has signed Omarion, Rockie Fresh, Fat Trel Young Breed, Quise and Stalley to name a few. Over this weekend leading up to today, Rick Ross and MMG held “MMG Weekend” in which they invited other music artists along with industry executives to their estate in Atlanta, Georgia to premier some music and release news about upcoming events.

During the event, they preview a multitude of tracks off their highly-anticipated album, Self-Made 4. Self-Made 4 will follow up after the commercial success of Self-Made 3. Originally slated for a 2015 release, the compilation album will be released this year. While the MMG crew did not mention a specific date for the release, it will most likely be released around the fall or early winter of this year.

In addition, Philadelphia rapper and MMG artist, Meek Mill preview tracks off his highly demanded mixtape, Dreamchasers 4. This mixtape has been in demand ever since the Drake beef erupted last summer. Due to legal troubles and being on tour with Nicki Minaj, he was unable to work on the project as much. Since then, Meek Mill did release two 4/4 EPs to hold fans over until DC4 is released.

Look no further as Meek released tracks over MMG weekend. As well as the tracklist. The mixtape will contain features from Lil Uzi Vert, Pusha T, Nicki Minaj and a few others. Be look on the lookout for MMG as they dominate the music scene in the coming months.
