Numbers Don't Lie: Power Renewed

If you can't seem to get enough of Starz Power, then you're in luck. It was announced Tuesday that the popular tv show will be coming back! Not only for a season 4, but a season 5 as well. This news broke just two days after season’s 3 premiere. Sunday night’s episode perfectly titled ,“Call me James” brought in 2.26 million viewers; which was rated the most watched episode, of any Starz original ever.

•800,000 (+55%) increase in viewers compared to “Outlander” Season Two return (1.46M Live+SD), the previous STARZ record holder for most viewership of an original series episode or season premiere

• 3.37 Million Live+SD premiere night viewers in total over the three Sunday night airings, the most ever for an originals series season premiere (“Power” Season

•  Two premiere night Live+SD viewership 2.72 million; +650,000 or +24% increase in viewers).

• “Power” Season Three premiere was No. 2 in Nielsen Twitter TV daily ratings all day Sunday.

Along with Power’s two seasons renewal, Starz is said to have other deals with show runner Courtney Kemp and 50 cent.
